Cancellation & Return Policy

📌 Order Cancellation

  • We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced.

  • If your order is canceled in time, you will receive a full refund.

  • Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.


📦 Returns (if applicable)

  • Customers may apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as you received it

    • In its original packaging

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.


🛠 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is posted.

  3. Contact your bank—processing times may vary.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged goods, wrong item), we will cover the shipping cost.
